Each of these habits—reading, writing, podcasts, exercise, hiking, and meditation—has its own unique set of benefits for personal growth and well-being. It's inspiring to hear how the act of reading has allowed you to explore different worlds, challenge your thinking, and ultimately reshape your worldview. However I find the part on writing as a tool for thinking and self-expression being particularly insightful.
